The Underwater King
In Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Marvel did a great job with this character. They were able to take an ancient and established character and were able to give him a fresh angle. The connection to the Aztecs, as well as the native people of his time, was a great way to make us care about the character. It's nice that they didn't have to change him completely when incorporating him into the MCU.
