The quality is actually much better than I anticipated: this is an office-quality piece. The lining does not show except subtly with movement (in the kick-pleat). I also bought the pink Blazer and it is also a very good piece. The skirt is high-wasted and still comes down to cover my knee-caps (perfect length for me) I'm about 5'4" and 110# and the 2 fit perfectly. Can't wait to wear this! My (super) power suit :) may even wear it to future interviews!

I am 5'2" and waver between 115-120+ with small waist, but wide hips and thighs. Getting skirts and pants to sit right is something I've about given up on, but this one fits, sits, and moves like a dream. I do have to mind my reach though. I stretched my leg too far getting out of my car and ripped the back! I aggravated it further while power walking. *sob* It was subtle enough that no one even noticed until I was able to get home and sew it right back up again. If you're uncertain, I encourage you to just go ahead. 5/5 stars, would 10/10 recommend.Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
