Secondly you don’t have to pay for postage to send anything. Of course, when the owl arrives at its destination, it may except an owl treat, and if it’s delivering the newspaper it’ll probably expect a small payment for its services. But, just imagine. A sky full of beautiful owls and letter delivered right to your breakfast table—magical!
Okay, maybe we’re romanticizing the idea too much. There are plenty of requirements and parameters to delivering mail and keeping an owl around. But, we’re all welcome to delight in the dream!
