Shredder is a classic villain. He wants to make our favorite ninjas into turtle soup but only sends incompetent minions to get the job done. It kind of sends a good message about criminals, but it's more subliminal than anything. Anyway, we wonder why Shredder never taught anybody karate? The foot soldiers knew a little, but they were fodder for our terrific turtles 99.9% of the time. No wonder it's been about 20-something years, and he's barely made it out of New York City with his campaign to take over the world. We'll try to stop worrying about it.
