All Return Requests require Approval within the 30 day Return Window

In the event of an exchange, we will cover the cost of ground shipping the EXCHANGE back out to you up to $10. Customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges for a 2nd exchange or if expedited shipping is requested.
We accept returns and exchanges within the US only.

**Swim bottoms must have original tags and hygienic liners still in place will be accepted for return**

**Neoprene Jackets must be returned with their original packaging and in like-new condition in a properly sized box to avoid unnecessary creasing.
Please see picture below for placement of foam rollers. Neoprene items returned in small boxes or folded incorrectly causing excessive creasing not be accepted.

Change in size
You may have ordered the wrong size. It happens! Use the return form to fill out the exchange information

You received the wrong item
Although we double check everything, it can happen that we send you the wrong item. Please use the return form to upload a photo of the incorrect item you received and we will correct it asap

You received a damaged/faulty item
Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged item is sent out by mistake. Please use the return form to upload a photo of the damaged item.
If we can see on the photo it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge.

REASONS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES

The item is different from the condition it was sold
The item has been worn or washed
The item has been altered in any way
The item does not have the original tags
The garments have a strong odor
The item was a custom order

REFUNDS
If you do not want to exchange your item, we can offer you a full refund for the item cost, excluding shipping. In most cases, we do need to receive the items back before issuing a replacement or refund. Please use the return form 
Any Items are subject to approval for upon inspection.

Items returned in less than resalable condition will be subject to restocking fees or denied completely.  We both don't want that so please be courteous and only return Items in their original condition

We are a small business growing mostly through customer satisfaction and word of mouth. We sincerely do our best every day to make sure all of our customers are happy with their purchases, though I've come to realize sometimes that's just an impossible task!
